An exhibition space (stand) to host related instruments and products will be set up as an integral part of the congress, located in the immediate vicinity of the rooms that will host the posters and oral presentations.
We have the pleasure to propose you the following ways of participation:
Bronze Package (1,000 EUR):
• Logo of your company on the conference web site and in all material related to the Congress
• Inclusion of your own brochures in the conference bag
• 1 Congress participation fee for 1 person*
Silver Package (1,600 EUR)
• Logo of your company on the conference web site and in all material related to the Congress
• Inclusion of your own brochures in the conference bag
• 2 Congress participation fees for two persons*
• Exhibition space (1.5 m)**
Gold Package (2,500 EUR):
• Logo of your company on the conference web site and in all material related to the Congress
• Inclusion of your own brochures in the conference bag
• 3 Congress participation fees for three persons *
• Exhibition space (2.5 m)**
• Insertion of ½ page with logo and short description of the Company in the conference abstract book
Platinum Package (3,200 EUR):
• Logo of your company on the conference web site in all material related to the Congress
• Inclusion of your own brochures in the conference bag
• 2 Congress participation fees for three persons *
• Exhibition space (2.5 m)
• Insertion of ½ page with logo and short description of the Company in the conference abstract book
• 1 Oral presentation
* The participation fee includes the access to SPEA11 sessions, conference proceedings, related working material, coffee breaks, lunches, excluding social dinner.
**The arrangement and the size of the exhibition spaces will be subject to the anti-Covid regulations/restrictions in force at the time of the Congress.
